Ergasia, derived from the Greek word for “work,” is a transformative initiative connecting faith community individuals with job training and placement resources across West Michigan. This project is designed to help people discover meaningful, fulfilling work while building pathways to long-term economic stability.
In partnership with the Elevate Project, West Michigan Works!, and The Source, Ergasia addresses critical employment challenges, equipping individuals with the tools and support they need to succeed in today’s job market.
What Ergasia Provides
Ergasia connects individuals to evidence-based career pathway development, expert career coaching, and comprehensive resource navigation. Practical, proven strategies are provided to develop career pathways, along with supportive guidance from experienced coaches. Assistance is offered in overcoming employment barriers such as skills training, resume preparation, and interview practice, equipping job seekers with the tools and support needed to confidently navigate their career journey.
