Rev. Lorenzo Miguel

Rev. Lorenzo Miguel was with Gatherings of Hope (GOH), the predecessor to the Urban Church Leadership Center before it was a twinkle in anyone’s eye. He was a big part of the success of the 2007 Kent County Congregations Study, making sure that Hispanic churches and pastors were well-represented. Once GOH was formed, he was instrumental in connecting pastors with its educational and ministry opportunities. He was in the first cohort of the Hispanic Ministry Certificate and also completed a Master’s in Pastoral Care at Calvin Theological Seminary. As a Hispanic Church Liaison, he connects with pastors in Greater Grand Rapids with the training, coaching, and learning resources at the UCLC.
